Heading 1

⭐ Before You Begin
Please take this test seriously. Your answers create a psychological portrait of yourself, grounded in real performance science. The results will determine which personalized exercises, recovery strategies, and performance tools you receive afterward.
This isn’t a game — it’s a chance to understand how you handle pressure, failure, growth, and success.

This portrait is for you — so you can evolve with clarity, compassion, and real power.
Science BEHIND TEST
MAIN ARCHETYPE
The BADGER-SNAKE SCALE
The Badger–Snake Scale is a psychological continuum inspired by five major research areas in performance psychology. Instead of measuring “good vs bad,” it measures how you handle failure, pressure, shame, and achievement — the real engines behind elite performance.
The Badger side (–10) represents what researchers call mastery orientation (Dweck; Elliot & Murayama): people who grow from mistakes, seek improvement, and stay resilient even under public failure. They show low fear of failure (Conroy), high shame resilience (Brown; Tangney), intrinsic motivation (Deci & Ryan’s Self-Determination Theory), and strong ego resilience (Block & Block).
The Snake side (+10) represents performance orientation — overfocus on image, status, and external validation. This side aligns with high fear of failure, shame avoidance, extrinsic motivation, and ego fragility, which research links to burnout, defensiveness, and corruption under pressure.
Your score on this scale summarizes how you respond to success, criticism, failure, and judgment — and how your psychology fuels (or sabotages) your performance.
Badger = truth, mastery, resilience
Snake = image, fear, ego protection
It’s simple, mythic, and scientifically grounded.
1. Achievement Orientation (AGQ-R)
Are you mastery-driven (growth-focused) or performance-driven (image-focused)?
This predicts resilience, learning, and long-term potential.
2. Fear of Failure (PFAI)
Do you fear shame, negative judgment, and loss of status?
Or can you fail publicly without losing identity and momentum?
3. Shame Response (TOSCA)
Do you collapse under shame, or do you metabolize it into growth and truth?
4. Self-Determination Theory (SDT)
Do you perform for inner meaning (intrinsic motivation) or for external recognition?
5. Ego Resilience (ER89)
Are you adaptable and flexible under stress — or ego-fragile and defensive?
